Actually i know how to use melted plastic many ways , soldering toothbrushes together etc. But ! To make small file handles i collect wooden sticks , even dry small branches in my garden & drill some bits cut out for handle at file's diameter , it holds OK without glue.

Не судьба, мой прямолинейный и импульсивный зритель! Если выдернешь поршень и шприц останется в горизонтальном положении, то жидкий пластик просто вытечет. Если же поставить шприц вертикально - надфиль или войдет глубоко, либо зафиксируется криво. Да и фиксировать всю конструкцию затратно по времени и усилиям. Но самое главное, счтобы пластик затвердел, необходимо оставить довольно большую открытую поверхность, чтобы испарялся ацетон. Установлено опытным путем)

Yes there is a product in a 300 ml tube that can be placed into a caulking gun and put in through drilled holes in the grout. But the one thing to remember whatever product you use, is that if you drill into the grout you need to make sure your drilled hole intersects with a void underneath the tile. If it doesn’t then you have to keep drilling holes, otherwise you will simply be syringing your compound into a dead end. In the past I have cut the grout out around the tile (with a grinder) and poured in a floor levelling compound (a polymer) along the grout lines and achieved a very strong, waterproof and resilient fixing. Enjoyed your persistence, cheers.
Hey, you mention a floor levelling compound any suggestions on what to use? I was thinking of doing this method with a cement based tile adhesive
@@AC-26560 g’day from Australia. Yep, the product I have used before to fill a void underneath a tile is Mapei, Novoplan 21 available here in Oz for $36.95 for 20 kg. The trick is to use the recommended ratio of water at the higher end of the range for water and thereby it is thin and pours well and finds every nook and cranny. Hope this helps mate.

Sí, puedes utilizar otro plástico que se disuelva con acetona. Por ejemplo, una caja de CD. Tengo un vídeo sobre esto en mi canal. Es solo que mucha gente tiene ladrillos Lego, y cuando necesitas reparar alguna pieza de plástico, puedes literalmente tomar un ladrillo del color deseado y hacer plástico líquido con él. Muy cómodamente. No creo que el diseñador sufra mucho por esto
